Refund policy

Thank you for shopping at If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are available.

You have 30 working days to return or exchange an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.


Return a product for free

Returns must be made within 30 days of receiving your package. Any return may give rise to a refund depending on your means of payment.

Returns are free only for Metropolitan France and the European Union within the limit of one return per order. Some products are not eligible for free return: bicycles.

1. Your free return slip has been inserted in your package beforehand.
2. Prepare your package by repackaging the items in their original packaging or, failing that, suitable packaging, slip the return form inside, and affix the return slip to the package.
3. Finally, drop off your package at La Poste or at a collection point to the following address:

Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected and we will notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we'll refund your credit card (or the original payment method).

You will receive the credit within 10 business days, depending on the policies of your card issuer.



If you wish to exchange an item, we invite you first to return the item you do not wish to keep, in accordance with the returns instructions on this page.
If the original item is worth the price of the desired replacement item, the new item will be sent to you upon receipt of the return of the original item at no additional cost.
If, on the contrary, the exchange item is not worth the price of the original item, we invite you to place a new order. You can contact us for any commercial offer on this one at or via the form in the "Contact" section.

All items for sale are final sales with the exception of damaged or defective products. For damaged balance item or return request, please contact us directly by email at
